About Me
Madeleine “Mickey” Brown
Along with enthusiasm, she approaches her business with a rare blend of entrepreneurial and practical insight, as both a Real Estate Broker and California Public Accountant (inactive).
She started her professional career at Kenneth Leventhal & Co, a national public accounting firm whose emphasis was real estate, and which is now part of Ernst and Young. Subsequently, she joined the family business, Brown/Realtors, headquartered in Westlake Village, and ultimately became a second-generation Co-Owner/President. Nationally, Brown/Realtors was ranked in the top 100 firms by the National Association of Realtors. Before forming her Mammoth Company, she was part of the transition team at Snowcreek Investment Company (Dempsey).
She uses her business and planning expertise by serving on the Mono County Assessment Appeals Board and is a past chair of the Town of Mammoth Lakes Planning and Economic Development Commission. She is passionate about developing Workforce Housing, especially the 25 acres in Town known as The Parcel.
Additionally, she is an avid outdoor enthusiast who is passionate about mountain living, which includes skiing, hiking, camping with her favorite man. The only thing she sells is the lifestyle that she loves!
